Transfer to the Florio cellars, named after the family that changed the face and fortunes of the entire province of Trapani. Here, after the guided tour, there will be a seated tasting of 2 Duca di Salaparuta wines and 2 Florio marsala wines with a reinforced gastronomic accompaniment served in a gourmet box. Finally, a walk along the famous Via del Sale (Salt Road) to admire the Stagnone islands and the salt pans, which represent one of the oldest salt extraction industries in the world.
